  A joke. I'm on a trip in NY for work and I forgot something I needed. Husband goes to overnight at this location. Charged $95 for a package that's supposed to be mailed 8/24 & delivered 8/25 at the hotel I'm at as it says on the receipt. So, turns out it was sent via USPS priority which was not what my husband requested. Additionally, the address for the hotel I'm at is incorrect (it's missing the numbers). Is there no system address verification when inputting addresses? How are the numbers missing? Because the address is incorrect I am not allowed to intercept my package from USPS and now have to wait for them to figure it out and return to sender. That is absolutely frustrating. I will be requesting a refund.

  The UPS Store is always a great place to get documents copied or ship and receive packages. They make it very easy and fast. Employees were pretty nice and worked fast.

  I’m honestly less and less impressed with this store every time I go. The staff is grouchy, and not very knowledgeable or well-trained. The service is slow, the store is small and not stocked. The deliveries have to carefully scoot by to get through just to pick up from the store. We came by today and the door was locked at 6:17pm, even though they close at 6:30pm. Just disappointing. Especially with the lit “OPEN” sign. Another lady came by the store and was disappointed they were closed as well. That seems very unprofessional to me.
