- TNTien NguyenJul 3, 20261.0I never review anything but wanted to leave a review so others don’t get burned by this store. I shipped out a 4 lb package with dimensions about the size of a shoe box. The person helping me quoted me 250 dollars to ship it. When I asked for something cheaper, she said that she could do ~150 dollars to have it shipped and delivered by next Wednesday. I asked for the cheapest non-guaranteed rate via ground shipping. She said the absolute cheapest rate is 68 dollars. I reluctantly paid. After I got home, I felt so weird about the process and looked at my receipt to see I was charged for priority mail, which is significantly more than Ground shipping. When I went onto UPS’ website to obtain a quote, I was quoted a much lower 28 dollars for Ground shipping. My own fault for not doing research and trusting the “experts” to give me the lowest shipping option when I asked multiple times for it. In the future, I’ll try out other authorized UPS partners and use the store as only a drop off location. Edit: I emailed the store, per their suggestion the day they replied. It has been 2 weeks without a response. Guess they must have just said to email them to save face.
