  Don’t say you’re open on Saturday and be closed. This is ridiculous. Why would you have open on the maps and on your website? Thanks for nothing!

  Every time I go here it's a pleasant experience, I don't know if I'm coming at the right times but there's never a way and all the employees are super friendly.

  I wanted to let other artists in Portland that print out their work, know that this specific UPS Store location is by far the best for printing regular sizes and large format prints. The quality and expertise of the people that do the printing are the best ive found in PDX. They are very experienced and go beyond the call of duty to get the results you want. This store is out of the way for me, and I had to stop going here because of some heart problems so I tried some other locations and businesses close to me, and my productivity level has plumeted. The prices are way more expensive at other places (even other UPS Stores) and NOBODY is at the experience level of the printers at the PSU location. Because of my heart, I just went to the location nearest me, and tried to get a simple 11x17 poster of myself and they cut off my head and couldnt fix it. The heart issues that keep me away from the PSU location has given me a broken heart from not having the price and quality I was getting. I literally lost my ability to get the results I want and have to pay way more for it. There are a many talented staff members at the PSU office, but I think Sonia is the name of the employee that I prefered to work with. I never had to worry about her cutting off my head and she learned how I liked my printing. I wish I had no heart problems so I could come back here and do art again. If you go, tell them that the trouble maker with the big mouth and broken heart sent you.

  I was really surprised about how the lady working there how detail oriented she was and at how good she was at her job she was juggling customers over the phone and multiple in-store customers at the same time and already knew what I needed before asking, Especially being one of the only stores open on Labor Day. They might need better bedside manner or customer service kindness, but overall she was one of the best package workers I ever seen 10/10 would go again. Give her a reward of some kind.
