  Called because there was an issue on their end with the delivery. That’s fine, I figured I’d call to find out how to pick up the package or get details. I’m immediately put on hold, which is also fine, only to sit for 20+ mins just to get hung up on. I call back immediately and get no answer. I leave a voicemail with my contact info with no attempt at a call back. I give some time to pass and try calling again, with no answer. I try again, no answer. I try with my wife’s phone? Immediate answer. Just for them to try to put me on hold AGAIN. I get that you can be busy. That’s no excuse to be unprofessional. And just because you already messed up, doesn’t build in an excuse to not give a shit, going forward. Find better weekend staff, and if you’re the staff from this weekend, be better.

  Staff were nice but the rates are incredibly expensive. They quoted $70 for a 2-day envelope to the midwest, $55 for 3-day. Fedex and USPS quoted literally half the price.

  Staff here have an attitude problem and a habit of inventing policy on the spot. Was told my parcel couldn’t be accepted because it was wrapped in paper, apparently only paper bags or boxes count. That rule doesn’t exist anywhere, but arguing with someone who’s already decided they’re right is a waste of everyone’s morning. If you’re going to make up rules, at least be pleasant about it. Wasted trip, zero help, plenty of arrogance. Avoid if you have another branch nearby.

  The lady staff was disrespectful and gaving me attitudes just because I want to change the address for a package.

  The start are all very helpful. I was in and out with my outgoing package in less than 5 minutes.
