- RTRoy Tittle5 days ago5.0I didn't catch the name of who helped me, and it wasn't some massive job, but he was quick, pleasant, and patient with me. I was in and out and zero issues. Heads up, parking is usually full so don't plan on that being quick.

They've messed up 3 of my last 5 shipments. Entering incorrect insurance amounts. Entering addresses wrong. Putting labels on the wrong boxes. Straight up dropping things off at the wrong location. This place has cost me and my business over $800 with their stupid mistakes. This is a franchise location and the owner never replies to negative feedback because THEY KNOW THEY SUCK AVOID! THIS PLACE SUCKS!
- ANAnne NapoliAug 4, 20263.0Too expensive. There is no good reason to ship UPS with the post office services available, except just not doing your research to compare costs. UPS was 2-4 times as much as shipping via the US Post Office. Do NOT buy their tape either. It is the shittiest packaging tape I have ever used. It tore and broke every other strip, and I spent more time trying to peel it off the role to restart it than I did actually taping boxes. Truly awful. The staff there were very helpful and patient, though.
