Employees holding package hostage until I bring in my key. They said they are not able to verify who I am without my key. I produced the exact ID they have on file when I signed up for the mailbox. They said it’s policy. I asked the employee and managers to produce the policy requiring me to have my key to get my packages and they were not able to produce a policy. I asked for an email of it, they said sure. Of course I get nothing. No key is nothing more than a hassle. It takes less than 5 seconds to look up someone. These guys are able to hold and release packages to ransoms that send packages there but for mailbox holders, we are bound by a key. Their huge EGOs losing this franchise owner $$

I didn't catch the name of who helped me, and it wasn't some massive job, but he was quick, pleasant, and patient with me. I was in and out and zero issues. Heads up, parking is usually full so don't plan on that being quick.

just from the beginning, they’re very passive aggressive. assuming we know the prices for every service. printing a label $2, outrageous. I didn’t even respond & left because they’re just being so rude.
