Not only did they get me a quick turn time on a large 200 plus page print job, but they were friendly, polite, efficient, and the job came out perfect. I would do a higher than five star rating if I could! Thanks Edwin & Kenton!
- JJJenJun 10, 20265.0The customer service here is top notch. I returned a rug to a store and they said they didn’t receive it. So, they refused to give me my money back. The rug was $1400, so I wasn’t going to let it go. I fought with them for weeks. Out of desperation I went to this UPS store to see if there was anything they could do to help. The manager, Kenton, had boxed up the rug for me (another reason why this UPS store is amazing), so he remembered me and knew it was sent. He found the record of it being delivered and wrote me a letter to send them. The store finally gave me my money back. Kenton went the extra mile and was kind and patient the whole time. In summary, do go to this UPS store and don’t shop at Rejuvenation.
