I had used the notary services at Bethany ups . Kenton helped with the review and signatures. Even though we showed up by after official closing hours, Kenton and staff were very accommodating in completing the service and helping us . Customer service was exemplary . Thank you Kenton !

Owner Utkarsh and Manager Kenton hire geniuses, like themselves...Elise, Edwin and Kyle. They are smart, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient....all while being super nice, kind and attentive. They make everyone feel important. They are roll models for being good neighbors. If everyone were more like them, the world would be a better place.

I had such a great experience thanks to Kenton! He helped notarize my documents and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire process. Beyond just helping me, he had such a positive presence in the store and you could immediately tell he’s a great manager by the way he interacted with customers and carried himself. He had the best energy and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Amazing customer service, and the store is lucky to have him!

The way this UPS Store is being run should be used as an example for how all UPS Stores should be operated. Top-of-the-line customer service. All the employees greet you as soon as you come in with a smile and let you know they’ll be with you if they’re busy. I would especially like to highlight Edwin and Kenton. We just moved here from Las Vegas, and both of these guys have been such amazing people. Kenton welcomed me, my wife, and my kids to Oregon and helped me with getting my mailbox. He was very informative about everything and walked me through the whole process. Kenton has made such an impression that now anytime we’re out running errands with the kids, they want to pay a visit to Kenton. He has truly gone above and beyond. We lived in Las Vegas for 6 years and went to the same UPS Store for those 6 years, and we never received the kind of customer service that we’ve experienced in just the last 3 weeks of being here. Keep up the great work!
