  The Asian woman that works here gives off racist vibes. She ignored me and treated me dismissively when I entered even though I was the only person there. Then she over charged me for my shipments and I know that because I took the rest of my shipping to a different UPS store and they charged me less for the same sized boxes. Won’t use this store again.

  SAM MADE ME WASTE MY TIME WITH SCANNING MY PACKAGES WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY OKAY FOR DROP OFF. Barking orders at customers that they need to scan packages *TWO CUSTOMERS* had to help me figure out why he wouldn’t do anything instead of an actual employee. Other employee made it super difficult when I tried asking this man’s name and just said “he’s my boss” and I had to repeat myself until I got his name. DO NOT COME HERE, SAM IS A BAD EMPLOYEE

  I bought an envelope from the Hawthorne UPS store and mailed a package ground. I Do NOT recommend this place. Find ANY other option. They lost my package, said the delivery date was not guaranteed and the Manager of the store could not have cared less. Sam, way to be accountable. This was 2 weeks after it was sent. All he had to do what set up a tracer so it could be located in their mess of a maze. I was put on hold for a very long time and then told to call another number as they did not want to sit on hold with their own co to find out where my package was and when it would be delivered. The next day, I was told it was lost stolen or damaged in Hillsboro Or at the ups distribution center. They had no problem taking my package that never arrived and payment for services, but when things go wrong, not your tracking number nor this store or co will be helpful. The entire ups organization, from local shleppers like Sam to all the people working for ups passing the buck. Worse customer service than the airlines. Back to Fedex.

  This place is the best. Love the Amazon returns kiosk and when I do need some help or have something to send UPS the guys behind the counter are always polite and happy to help. It’s also great to have a place to drop US mail because there are hardly any public mailboxes around anymore and my mailman doesn’t seem to like taking outgoing mail. AND they have a parking lot! Bonus in this neighborhood for sure. Highly recommend.
