  I drove over to pick a package.. I left my ID at home.. it was frustrating to drive home, even though I happened to have good pictures of my drivers license, my school id.. my virtual apple card etc.. but ok.. "its policy" says the tween behind the counter. ok.. I went and got my id.. i return and showed my id.. and when they brought out my package it looked like someone had literally run it over with a truck... I don't blame the clerks for the way the box was . but when I said thats not good what happened? They shrugged , zero professionalism.." me: but you work for ups right?" them:.. "no .. this is a franchise..nope" I pointed out they both have ups in bright letters on their shirts.. zero acknowledgement that they in fact representing UPS.. I pointed this out " the lady say "I just need the money".. wow.. . I don't expect them to take personal responsibility for mishandling my valuable package, but acting like it has nothing to do with them .zero support.. they threw a slip of paper at me with a phone number.. "if you have a problem take it up them"... it was kinda mind blowing. They are likely underpaid, but if this is how they do the job.. they are over paid. .. lastly I realize they are basically children ... but shouldn't there be a little bit guidance about customer service.. decency? it was kinda shameful .. I was flustered...and of course they were snickering as i walked out. smfh

  Live and learn. Never buy two identical boxes going to two different destinations without double and triple checking the contents and the labeling. I , of course, have learned the hard way by discovering my packages were mislabeled. I tried to hold the second box back and address it myself but the employee said a label could be created for it and to just hand over the box. I did not knowing I just set the stage for a major screw up. The contents were irreplaceable family photos. Now lost and probably gone forever, I politely asked the UPS Store to help me locate and retrieve the box. Only to learn that they are not at liberty to do that. My relative is very upset about the loss of these photos. I thought maybe I could at least collect on the insurance provided but since the box was delivered to its destination, that is also not an option. So when shipping an irreplaceable item, think twice about using the UPS Store. Learn from my mistake.

  The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was quick and efficient, and my package was handled without any issues. The process was easy, and I would use this location again.

  Completely satisfying experience. Workers had a cheery attitude, quick to acknowledge customers, and completely competent and efficient with their job skills. One even went above and beyond and met me halfway to the store to assist with my large packages. I always go to this location!!
