  Today, I came here to self-print a UPS shipping label and drop off my package. My home printer is broken, so I planned to print the label at this location. However, I wasn’t familiar with the process, so I asked a female staff member for help twice, and both times I was ignored😠😡. Since my credit card had already been processed😓, I couldn’t just walk away before the printing was completed, so I waited for about 3 minutes. Eventually, a male staff member named Eugene came over and kindly helped me through the process. He was professional, patient, and very helpful. What disappointed me was that the female staff member clearly heard me but ignored me twice. My initial rating would have been zero stars. Also, the store was nearly empty, and there were no other customers waiting for assistance. The experience left a very bad impression. However, because Eugene provided excellent customer service, I am giving this location 4 stars instead. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I hadn't used Staples printing service before but it worked out great for printing postcards -- reasonable price and quick (24 hour) turnaround -- would use again. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there was a very thin dark stripe along the left edge of the cards that was not visible on the proof. Fortunately, that was easy to cut off with a paper cutter.

  The previous time I was here I had to wait forever for them to get someone to cashier. The most recent time I just left the items on the counter because clearly no one was coming. The focus here is on the print shop or whatever other backend shipping operations they are doing; actual in-person shoppers are not really what they are looking for. Why pay for that real estate if this is the case?

  II want to specifically give a shoutout to Cory and Nick from this Staples location. Not only were they friendly, kind, and professional, but they genuinely cared about their customers, their experience, and the quality of the products. I will definitely be using Staples as much as I can based on my experience here! Cory was very knowledgeable — I actually learned a few things from her — and Nick was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Great job hiring amazing employees. My only complaint would be the Staples website. It’s not very user-friendly. Other than that, it was an A+ experience!
