  The crew was terrific. They were friendly, courteous, and careful with our delivery. They assembled our new dining table quickly and with confidence. The driver did an excellent job backing the truck up our very steep driveway. Impressive!

  We had a “white glove” mattress delivery from this company through Macy’s today which end up in one of the worst experiences we’ve recently had. The two delivery men damaged a sentimental painting in our bedroom by leaning a heavy bed frame on it. When asked why they did that, the worker said there was nowhere else to put it. No apology, no remorse, and they even raised their voice at my wife. They both become increasingly hostile until I was thinking about calling the police. I told both men that they need to calm down, to which they said it was just “a language barrier.” We all speaking English. After this, my wife felt unsafe in the home and left while I called for customer support. During the call, the two men took our mattress and the frame and left us with nothing to sleep on. The company’s current solution to this is to reschedule the delivery for a week from now. So, we’re left with no bed to sleep on for a week. However, the two delivery men already unpackaged the frame and mattress and took them both away. So, not only did we not receive anything today, but our products are now open and used instead of new. Definitely not a white glove experience and these two men should not be allowed into people’s homes.
