Northwest Primary Care - Administration Office

Our clinics have a rich history in the southeast Portland area dating back more than 50 years. The Northwest Primary Care Group was formed in 1995 when Clackamas Internal Medicine joined with the Milwaukie Family Practice. Since then, we have grown to seven locations with more than 40 healthcare providers across numerous specialties. Northwest Primary Care is built on involvement with our patients and our community, as well as consideration and equitable treatment for our employees. We take pride in our accomplishments, strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and building of traditions.
