  Bought boxes here yesterday and ended up not needing them. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt at checkout, and when I returned today with the boxes in perfect, unused condition, the staff refused to process the return or look up the transaction. Extremely poor customer service and zero flexibility for standard retail items.

  The customer service provided by staff member Jamie was exemplary. She demonstrated attentiveness and understanding while assisting with the return process. She also helped organize all necessary documents and ensured the return was processed accurately. I appreciate her assistance.

  Personnel like Sonya and Angela are just wonderfully helpful, professional, and kind. This is my go-to FedEx location. I highly recommend this location.

  Chris, on 08/18/26 was the best help ever! His patience was off the charts, I mean I was a piece of work forsure. I work in customer service with some of the most successful people in the world and I tell ya what, he puts customers before his emotions and we notice that! Dude needs a massive raise.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service! This FedEx Office has become one of my favorite locations. The store is always clean, well organized, and welcoming, and I really appreciate that they’re open seven days a week. Every employee I’ve encountered has been friendly, but Sonya truly stands out. I had a very important printing project for my new business, and after running into several challenges elsewhere, I came to this location hoping someone could help. Sonya remembered me from a previous visit, took the time to understand exactly what I needed, and patiently worked through multiple print adjustments until everything came out exactly right. What impressed me most was that she never made me feel rushed, even though she was helping other customers, answering questions, accepting packages, and keeping everything running smoothly. She has a calm, positive attitude and genuinely cares about helping people find the best solution. Employees like Sonya are the reason customers come back. If she’s not already in a leadership role, she certainly has the qualities of one. Thank you, Sonya, for turning what had become a stressful project into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my future printing and shipping needs. 🫶🏽
