  JJ was super helpful. Even when my prepaid QR code for a package return didn't work and the seller was not available to help create new labels, she somehow was able to search deep into the manufacturer database to find the correct RMA number and print out new labels that worked. Thank you JJ!

  I came in Saturday morning after a long night of stress and Ari was incredibly helpful and understanding. I will be back to this FedEx because of them.

  Just a heads, don't Ever, I mean Ever hand your package to the FedEx driver for a pick-up. Even if he insists "I can take care of it". Trust me I know, as the Driver after receiving my package (valued at $1884.00) went missing the next day. He did not scan as accepted, in fact is did not receive any scans and was subsequently lost. After questioning him 3 days later when the scans were not showing up on the website, I asked him: “Do you remember me?” “He stated, yes of course.” “Well”, I stated, “the package has no scans, acceptance, arrival, departure, etc He said emphatically and I quote;”I scanned it”. I stated , “if you scanned it why is there data on the website?” He repeated the I scanned it again, actually three times. I know form experience of 35 years with the USPS as a manager that when a scan doesn’t show up, there is only 3 things that could have happened: 1; the data was lost due to a hardware issue. 2. the entire system (or at lest the localized system) went down, even then there are redundant backups. 3. Failure to scan. Since after verifying the first two potential issues did not occur, number three is the Winner. The reason I am telling this story for the FedEx store on Bybee Blvd is because after several attempts of getting any type pf assistance was futile. The manager and staff there (pick anyone), were evasive and unhelpful to say the least, for the first couple of contacts and at the Manager finally broke down and told me that they won't give me the drivers name. Long story short, if you want reliability, honesty, trustworthiness, and expect due diligence, look elsewhere. You will save a little time and Money. Thanks FedEx for Not answering the call...I had given FedEx quite a bit of business (I am a small entrepreneur) now will use USPS exclusively.

  This location released my package to someone who did not have my name. I have tried to call to discuss this with someone but they do not answer their phone nor do they have a voicemail. I am VERY displeased.
