THAT SAID, this afternoon I did witness a bizarre exchange between a white, female associate and what appeared to be a white, male FedEx delivery person. Suffice it to say she was very loud and confrontational towards him. I don't think I was alone in, at first, thinking she was trying to get a rise out of everybody - the way she raised her voice. You could tell the poor driver was completely perplexed by her behavior -it was so jarringly unprofessional.
