  I visited this FedEx location last Friday evening, and I want to be upfront: this isn't a rant, and it's not a one-star review. The store was clean, felt safe, and left a good overall impression. That's not what I'm writing about. What prompted this review was my experience with Mike. His energy toward me came across as passive-aggressive, and on top of that, communication was lacking. Whether the store was busy, closing soon, or dealing with something on their end, I can't say, and that's not my place to guess. I can only speak to my own experience, and on that end, I was left standing around, waiting and again, very poor communication. I understand he may have technically completed what his job required, but how he treated me, and how little I was told, made for a frustrating visit. I won't be returning to this location because of it. I'm not sharing this to air grievances publicly, but because I think it's fair feedback for FedEx to have. I'm glad to provide more detail directly if it would help prevent this for future customers. But again, my experience was very poor and I will not be returning to that location - regardless of its location and convenience to my business.

  I've never once had friendly service at this location. I avoid it, but every few months I think, "well maybe...?" and NOPE. STILL RUDE!

  Repeatedly Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Conduct: I visited this FedEx location to return an Apple computer using the QR code provided by Apple. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Natalie was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning of the interaction, Natalie made little to no eye contact, communicated minimally, and acted as though I was inconveniencing her. When her scanner would not scan the QR code, she simply said, “It won’t scan,” and then offered no further explanation, troubleshooting, or assistance. She questioned whether FedEx was even the correct return location, which was confusing given that Apple had directed me there for the return. I eventually noticed that below the QR code there was a “Drop-off QR Code Number” and asked her to try entering that instead. Once she used that number, the return processed successfully. However, she did not clearly communicate that the transaction had gone through. I had to ask whether it had been completed, and she simply responded, “Yes.” The overall interaction felt dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy, no clear communication, and no effort to provide helpful customer service. I have also noticed that other Google reviews mention similar concerns involving the same employee, which makes this feel less like an isolated incident and more like an ongoing issue that management needs to address. Based on this experience, I will not return to this FedEx location and would not recommend it to others. FedEx and this location’s management should seriously review the customer service standards at this store, especially when multiple customers are reporting similar concerns.
