I asked for help and guidance in packaging a laptop to be mailed UPS. All I received was a finger pointing to the boxes and a shrug. The person who filled out the shipping label became confused quite easily and Ai had to correct him several times. Next time I need to ship anything it will be Amber's Pack and Ship next to Sorbenots. What a mess Staples has become and it's horribly overpriced.

Ordenamos ahí en la tienda un iPad porque no la tenían y pagamos todo el precio ; parece que no hubo ningún problema. Al dia siguiente recibimos un mensaje dónde se dijo que ya no tenían el producto que se habia ordenado y que se iba a hacer la devolucion del dinero. Nosotros pagamos con visa . Ellos nos iban a mandar un cheque por correo en un tiempo de 7 a 10 dias eso me enoja porque no quisieron hacerlo por medio del banco y ahora tenemos que esperar a ver cuando llega por correo el cheque.

I went in to do an Amazon return. The staff was unbelievably rude. The people who “helped” me both had a crappy attitude and were just really unpleasant and unprofessional. I have made many returns to this location in the past. On one occasion I went to return a pair of converse shoes and I believe one of the staff members took my order for herself because Amazon claims they never received my return. It was a headache to prove to Amazon that I actually did return the shoes. After today’s dealings, I’ll find a new way to make my returns.

I love Staples but today they failed me. I was with my daughters to print flyers and there were three staff near us. All three staff completely ignored us. I smiled at them like an idiot and still no help. I was so sad. Otherwise this store is clean and organized and stocked with a lot of cool office supplies. If you need help from staff you should definitely clear your throat very loud! Lol
