- TTThirstyKilZApr 17, 20262.0I just moved out here and tbh I’ve never seen this level of unprofessionalism in a government agency 😭 I’ve been calling non stop for two days straight to the north bend and coos bay locations and neither have answered once so I can figure out why I didn’t get my package. If I needed medical supplies or equipment to survive I’d be screwed because THEY DO NOT ANSWER. Not even the operators.

Y'all are rude as hell and we're not helpful one bit. Glad they are getting rid of the manager now. Lady needs to take a class in customer service or get a different job.

Delivery people are obnoxious and angry which i think may be fall out from the rude, obnoxious postmasters attitude. This PO should be closed and let the Coos Bay PO take over the area. Coos Bay PO ALWAYS nice, helpful and smiling.
