- ETe TJun 20, 20251.0Was in there today and the lady at the desk was rolling her eyes at a poor 80 something year old man because he was having trouble figuring out how to ship something. After he thanked her for her help (I BELIEVE she is deaf as she writes on a notepad to communicate) she was rolling her eyes at him as he walked out AND while I was walking up to the desk and then refused to ship my item with a prepaid label. Saying I had "insufficent" packaging when it was in a bubble mailer. Never had this issue with the hundreds of items I've shipped there before with different staff. Save your time and go somewhere with better customer service. She was terrible.

- TSTravis SpragueJan 22, 20183.0They do alright with mailing out my packages and making sure I get stuff I ordered delivered to me, but, sometimes going inside can be..awkward, a lady that worked at the front desk asked me if I wanted to play video games with her son once, made me a bit uncomfortable since it was my first visit there, but other then that its a decent small little postal service, could use some more "professional" workers though and stop putting large deliveries in mailboxes.
