- T_TJ Lombardi _AuthorJun 20, 20265.0I have been very blessed with my experience at the Monmouth USPS. Being a self-published author, media mail is nothing short of a life saver. (LITERALLY). But, more importantly, I have had nothing but amazing customer service from Ashley and Naomi, the front clerks. From shipping out hundreds of books over the past two years, ive spent my fair share of time inside the post office. Both clerks have been wonderful to work with and ive seen first hand how great they are to a variety of customers. Very grateful for them and all the care they have had towards me and my shipments.

In three years of Amazon and similar, if they can't fit it in the mail box they say it's full as an excuse and I'm forced to pick up my parcels each time. Forty mile round trip for me when all ya gotta do it drive up the driveway, get up, and set my stuff on the steps.
