After two+ months of filling out claims and appeals without a resolution and a loss well above $100, I will not be going back there. Do not expect them to take responsibility for their errors as that won’t happen.

I have my doctors office calling to conform my mailing address and then I get emails stating my mail was returned. Are you kidding me. I finally talked to someone above her. They said they were gonna give her a sturn talking. Well don't think it worked well cause I have got another call from doctors and another email stating my mail was returned to them.

I get my medications from the VA via the post office, so I always order early after what happened a year ago when my packages started coming up missing then reappearing later.
