- RLRetired LEJul 27, 20261.0I called this post office in Medford on South Riverside on Monday, 27 July. The phone rang several times and then immediately hung up without helping me anymore. I called the passport number and it hung up on me twice after ringing several times and then stating they were having technical support and then the phone hung up. With all due respect these excuses are bullshit and not true. Either somebody wasn’t by the phone or nobody picked it up because they were doing something else but regardless that’s just poor. Poor Customer Service. Thank you, Ron Braxton.
