  Had a gift shipment mixed up. The Young Lady working was nice and friendly, tried to find out the issue. The Man working was Rude and Unprofessional. I won’t Use FedEx to ship anything if possible because of the Rudeness.😞

  Had a package supposed to be delivered today before easter and because they got the wrong address I have to wait until Monday. This is a very special present for my son as he is getting baptized on Easter. So because of their incompetence, my son doesn't get his present.

  I am so frustrated with this FedEx store. I have a business right next to them.. I never get a sticker on the door. All of my stuff is always returned. They never ever notify me that I have stuff delivered in their store.. One time I received a package from Harry and David from a customer that sent me a package never received it as sat in their store for a week along with four other baskets that were sent to me because I never received any of them. This is the most disorganized FedEx store I’ve ever seen every time I get a package it is returned. They never ever call me or bring me my packages ever.
