- TBToni Barton3 days ago5.0In and out. Great service.
- MBMay Bay5 days ago1.0When I walked in, a lady was waiting up front. Nobody acknowledge either of us. When I had asked her if she has been helped she said, “I think we are invisible” I asked a couple of people who were working if we could get some help and the lady who was working was not very nice and told me to go make the copies myself. You have to wait 5-10 min for a confirmation code. I was having trouble receiving it and had asked multiple different times and nobody wanted to help. They avoided eye contact and went about their business behind the counter. After 40 min I left and went to Office Depot. It took less than 2 min to print what I needed there! If you need copies go there! They are quick and friendly. And even the self service there is quicker and easier to use! Would not recommend FedEx for copies.
- ALAnnie LSep 11, 20265.0This young man is, in fact, the kindest associate I have had the pleasure of encountering. He’s Professional, hard working, and attentive. He’s always present when I come in, assisting everyone, and has been especially gracious in helping me with the fax machines. I would highly recommend seeking out Axel for any of your shipping or printing needs. He is your man. It is a real shame that all the lovely employees here have to endure abuse, and disrespect from rude and entitled customers, such as that odd man, or should I say child, in the reviews. My sincere thanks to all the FedEx Office employees at this location for everything you do, and I hope you continue to keep these customers in line! 👏💪

- ACAndrea CaronSep 8, 20265.0I have always found the employees at this FedEx location to be helpful and professional. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, especially employees who are simply doing their jobs. I appreciate the staff here and the work they do every day.
