- DGDom GiampietroMar 27, 20261.0Unreliable. Parcels can sometimes sit there for several "working" days before (if) they are delivered. Nobody answered the phone today (during "working" hours). "Out For Delivery" means nothing! Now, they refuse to bring parcels up to rural homes if the letter carriers has to put the vehicle in reverse...reliability and C/S has gone way down to rock-bottom over the last 20 years. I do everything humanly-possible to use other carriers and other post offices. Every issue could be clarified or solved if somebody answered the doggon phone.

Meaning, there's a sign on the door that says Saturday and Sunday the lobby door gets locked at 5pm, but it's frequently locked half an hour or more before hand. Gets frustrating when you cant make it there earlier and expect them to be open until 5. So if it's important it gets in the mail, make sure you get there well before their posted hours
