- RMrobin markerAug 25, 20261.0I asked if they could find my package. Dude went behind the wall was gone 15 minutes. Came back and asked me what I needed and if he could help me. Then the lady who helped me later in the day was so rude that I actually wanted to slap her. Didn't but doesn't mean I didn't want to she was horrible
- DBD BJul 31, 20261.0Really enjoyed getting talked down to by the cashier for trying to pick up a package when the tracking website said “ready for pickup”. Smug and insulting woman. Terrible customer service. I can’t imagine having to work next to that awful person day after day.

A while ago, I witnessed a staff member helping a person with some disabilities (physical and probably mental) with care, friendliness and patience. I felt the customer seemed worried at first but the staff alleviated any need to worry and the customer appeared to be pleased. I always am greeted with a smile and helped efficiently.
- SYSherri YoungJul 17, 20264.0For this small town it's the only Post Office we have. Not normally a problem but at Christmas time lines can be LONG and waits even Longer. I try not to go there after Thanksgiving until after the New Year but it seems there's always one visit, at least, I have to make during that time. The people who work there try, for the most part, to be very helpful and efficient at their job. Just A Heads Up-the insurance is a Scam!!! DO NOT buy it! Unless you take multiple pictures of everything you put in the package, the receipts, the package itself and if your package does goes missing, unfortunately, the hoops you need to jump through to get paid are tedious, take weeks to months and you probably still won't get paid. But, they don't tell you anything about that when you pay for the insurance. It's the same with the "Free" insurance but at least you're not wasting more of your hard earned money.
