I don’t even know what to give as a star because customer service was absolute trash. I have never said this before, but it was, this kid with glasses who has blonde hair I didn’t get his name, was so rude and was very snippy and pissy. We came in to return a few Amazon things and buy a few things and saw that there was a thing for a free kneedoh. And when it came time to check out we thought that we had gotten the kneedoh and he said “well you need the app for it” and we are like it doesn’t say that. He’s like you need the app for the kneedoh. Wasn’t polite or anything. Also was slamming things down on the counter. I had a glass trinket that I bought and he slammed it in the counter causing it to chip. And then he walked out of the store and proceeded to show us what it said and he said “see it says you need the app.” After spending almost $200 Im more than pissed I should have gone back and returned everything and asked to see the manager. How rude. Waste of my day getting treated like a low life by some kid who thinks he runs the store.

The store is great, it has what you need for hobbies requiring paper and pen. However, the 2 stars is only for the employee that worked the register. He was rude, unprofessional, called me “dude”, and as someone who works customer service myself, I would never. He also bagged my stuff slowly and stupidly, with all my small things on the bottom, and he just threw the heavy stuff on top. It is clear the managers can’t train their employees, so I will not be returning.
