- JSJamie SmithMay 13, 20261.0Over the last few weeks USPS has sent our mail (Blachly) all over the county, before taking an additional week to get back to where it should have been. The last 3 weeks I’ve had to track my packages down in Walton (the lady there is awesome) Florence and now my mail has been sitting in Mapleton for a week with no movement and no one will answer a damn phone call. I’ve been trying to call for 3 days with zero luck. Id be embarrassed if I worked at this location. Literally mail sitting for days in the wrong place and not one person with enough initiative to fix the problem, let alone answer a call. I work in a BUSY customer service environment, I know things can get busy and crazy but the mapleton post office!? And 3 days of nothing…. This is shameful, get new employees!

- JMJD MackleySep 15, 20255.0Mariah is the best. To those complaining about not getting Amazon packages delivered, that's because Amazon didn't want to pay UPS anymore. The person delivering your mail bid for the mail contract, without knowledge that Amazon would be dumping all their packages on our small town post office. How many parcels do you think she can fit in her Toyota Prius? Blame Bezos.

A part of their job description is to deliver packages they have stopped delivering packages everywhere and are making people pick them up instead. They are payed to deliver packages there a postal service that’s what they should be doing. Every time I go to this post office I am treated poorly along as many others in the Mapleton community.
