- JSJamie SmithMay 13, 20261.0Over the last few weeks USPS has sent our mail (Blachly) all over the county, before taking an additional week to get back to where it should have been. The last 3 weeks I’ve had to track my packages down in Walton (the lady there is awesome) Florence and now my mail has been sitting in Mapleton for a week with no movement and no one will answer a damn phone call. I’ve been trying to call for 3 days with zero luck. Id be embarrassed if I worked at this location. Literally mail sitting for days in the wrong place and not one person with enough initiative to fix the problem, let alone answer a call. I work in a BUSY customer service environment, I know things can get busy and crazy but the mapleton post office!? And 3 days of nothing…. This is shameful, get new employees!

- JMJD MackleySep 15, 20255.0Mariah is the best. To those complaining about not getting Amazon packages delivered, that's because Amazon didn't want to pay UPS anymore. The person delivering your mail bid for the mail contract, without knowledge that Amazon would be dumping all their packages on our small town post office. How many parcels do you think she can fit in her Toyota Prius? Blame Bezos.
- LCLilith CoombesMar 28, 20222.0This particular location is extremely understaffed, with seemingly only one actual employee, who is very rude, unhelpful, and generally uncomfortable to be around. What’s more, she’s closes up in the afternoon on weekdays, and isn’t there at all on weekends, making this location unreasonably inaccessible. Overall, this post office has questionable hours, dreadful customer service, and an unhappy atmosphere. I only gave two stars instead of one because I imagine there are post offices even worse than this one. What this place needs is better funding, new employees, and amended hours, but unfortunately, I don’t know if it will ever get any of these things.
