- NBNick BarkerMay 1, 20261.0Never deliver packages on time, and they don’t answer the phone. Then treat you like it’s your fault your packages aren’t delivered
- DHderrick handsakerMar 19, 20261.0My family has had constant issues with mail delivery over the past two years. Ive personally talked to the post master three different times now and still have not seen any results as far as improved mail delivery. We still have packages damaged from the delivery dropping the package on our concrete walkway 20 yards away from any door and five feet in front of a sign requesting all packages be delivered to side a specific door. All of these poor package handling deliveries are on our security cameras, and thats how we know specifically who is responsible for these damages. Yet the post poster has done nothing to correct his carriers actions while performing their job duties.
- TNTim NirkJan 30, 20261.0Not going to help much writing a review since it's not possible for you to choose another mail service, but these USPS Madras mail people in particular are the most incompetent mail people I've ever known in the 5 years I've been in Madras. Lost mail, mail delivered to wrong addresses REPEATEDLY, forwarded mail not being forwarded but sent back to sender. They really mess it all up. Judging by their rating here I'm not alone.
