- NJNicole JJun 27, 20261.0We own a house in Lincoln city and the post office refuses to deliver any of our Amazon packages because it is not our primary residence. I explained to them that I only have packages sent to the house when I know that we will be there, but they still refuse and told me I can pay for a PO Box. I really don’t understand this because I often get packages from UPS delivered to the house with no problem. This is really a horrible disservice to the coastal community.
- HHhotdogpotatoJun 2, 20261.0Mail people just seem to want to do half there job. 30% maybe gets in the mail box. Lately they attempt delivery claims, they can't access but door is open 24/7 🤔⁉️ My last package was left out in the open was and opened by some else. My packages get scanned as delivered but won't show up for days or miss placed in others mail boxes cause there in to much of a hurry and seem to not care. I requested to see if they could drop off at the door due to me working all the time and my Mom and brother are disabled but refuse to be helpful there for them, pretty sad they can't help the disabled. I tryd to talk to people in person all they seemed to want to do was get me out the door as fast as they could. Said they would bring my complaints to management but didn't even ask me about address to follow up with it. What a joke. Now im going to be making sure 90% of my mail will be general delivery because i will not pay for a pobox to fix there mistakes they refuse to even try to fix. I order alot of stuff so it will be a hassel to go back and forth but if thats how I get my packages correctly and make then do there job fine with me.
