- MJMax JohnsonAug 4, 20261.0I don't know where the praise for this office comes from. My carrier will not take outgoing mail from my box or my neighbors', despite ensuring that the outgoing mail is labelled correctly and that my flag is up. Any package that requires a signature will receive no attempt at delivery. I have caught my carrier writing her note at the door, before ever knocking, and been denied my package despite meeting face-to-face at the door to receive it. I am required to make multiple attempts at picking up a package requiring a signature, due to the package being in the truck for the remainder of the route, which doesn't seem to return until after the office closes, at which point it is put back in the truck, stuck en route, with a postal carrier that is too shy to knock on a door. Rinse and repeat ad nauseum. It has been made clear to me that this is a staff unconcerned with service to their community. Unfortunately the folks in Lebanon are required to answer for whatever dissatisfaction these employees have with their employer.

Within 2 hours of me reporting a missing package to Jennifer, she had contacted the applicable Postal Carrier and they had somehow found and delivered the missing package. The package is a birthday present which I did not have time enough to replace, so I was delighted that they had found it and brought it to the package compartment outside my apartment. AWESOME Customer Service at the Lebanon, OR, Post Office!
