  The click n ship option in the website was not accepting enterprise cards for over a week. I had 59 packages to mail for a fundraising I did for the Alzheimer’s Association. Because I couldn’t use my company card online, I had to go to the post office. I felt awful for one person to process them all, but Bryan did not rush me or made me feel like a pest. He patiently worked through all 59 packages (all with different addresses) in 20 minutes! He warn me that the printer could overwork itself and jam which would cause him to ask me to do the rest on the self service kiosk. Luckily, we made it through with a smile on our faces. I have never had a better experience at a post office!

  our mail carrier is amazing. however there is lots of theft occurring here with outgoing mail. I mailed a $14K check from the drive thru box, the letter was stolen, the check was washed and funds stolen. please beware when you mail parcels from this location. either thieves target it or the employees are complicit in a coordinated fraud and theft ring. i believe it is an inside job because the employees who work here keep telling me that someone is stealing outgoing mail from the bottom of the drop box. i do not believe this is possible. LOPD is working on the case. BEWARE if you ever mail letters from this location.

  Snarky rude sexist man at counter. Intent on shaming me in front of the whole line because he lacks patience. Also, promoting Trump at his government paid job. Keep your political bs to yourself!!!

  I was watching a First Amendment Audit today, 4/19/26 on YouTube from 4 days ago by Oregon Audits. These customers seen below were outrageous. The one lady assaulted the auditor and grabbed his camera 🎥 and pressed the pause button then said she was going to call the police. After that a African American man threatened the auditor with violence if he were to record his license plate. The auditor recorded it anyway. I know it’s not the fault of Post Office itself but these two individuals didn’t know how to act in public. The auditor suggested they had to create their own privacy or not leave their house 🏠. The auditor told the man that it was going to be shown on YouTube. The police were called to the post office but did not make contact with the auditor. The internet 🛜 and YouTube are forever. Do better out on public people. It’s only a camera….jeez!

  I had such a great experience thanks to Jessica! My package hadn’t been scanned, and I was honestly really stressed trying to figure out where it was. Jessica went above and beyond to help me track it down and kept me updated throughout the process.
