  Home office store that doesn't offer home office equipment any longer, can't make photo copies any longer even though the website claims they do, just a building full of chairs and bad paper these days. This business use to be helpful, need to fix themselves or just go out of business at this point.

  It's ok but I dont really like the vibe or the prices of alot of stuff seems overpriced compared to other stores

  I needed help printing several documents after walking out of the door at Office Max in Salem because they were rude, unfriendly and of ZERO help to me..A young man at the Keizer Staples named Liam saw my frustration after he heard about my issues at Office Max...After just a few minutes he was able to print my documents with a smile.. Im an older person with limited tech skills..This young man was patient, tech savy, kind and very helpful...THANK YOU LIAM!!!!

  Beth at the Amazon returns counter was impressive! The store gets a lot of traffic from Amazon but she kept the line moving! Pleasant and very efficient, even as the other workers in the store flicked through their phones with their airpods in. No shade to them, as there was only one register, but she was BUSY. Still, I got in line behind 3 people (one woman had a BOX of individual returns) and Beth still had me out of the store within 5 mins. Thanks Beth and thanks Staples for allowing me to return my Amazon package so easily! I didn’t have the box nor do I have a printer to print off labels. All I had to do was bring in my Amazon purchase and Staples / Beth did the rest for me. 😊
