  My almost 80 year old mom went I. To scan documents for a title company that needed to be sent via email and then fedEx’ed cross country. The man behind the counter was of zero help. She called me to speak with him on the phone while she attempted the task. He said he couldn’t help her scan on their system. He said they don’t allow scan to email. This doesn’t make sense because I’ve done that at other FedEx locations across the country. I told him to use their scanners behind the counter and simply charge for the time and I’d pay it. He refused. This makes no sense and I can belive the low caliber of service this location gives. They need new management and training. Help your customer. Old people shouldn’t have to call their kids to help them when paid employees aren’t trained and are giving old people a hard time. Be better. As a man that owned a long standing business in Keizer I hate to give negative reviews. But this place needs to do better

  I only go in to do Walmart returns, but they’re always nice. The place is clean.

  I've had to come in twice recently and been helped by manager Seth both times. He's been very helpful and professional! I will continue choosing this location for my mailing needs.

  I called in to get information, I can see why the have such low stars. The guy didn’t even want to give me simple information. He acted all put out to answer a question
