  I went in this store on 185th, a couple years ago. I had purchased some expensive diabetic shoes for my mom. They didn’t fit, so I took them to UPS for return. I let the girl know it was a return wanting insurance and a signature due to the high cost of the shoes and they needed to be back by a certain date for the refund. When she heard they were shoes she asked if she could look in the box, thinking it was a new policy, I said yes. I looked at her associate and realized it wasn’t the case. She was surprised by the question herself. I would have loved to see her face when she saw the shoes, she didn’t look in front of me. Now I always worry if I can trust them or if they are going to steal my packages.

  Every time I come here the staff are extremely rude, unfriendly, curt, and there is usually a line. To print out an Amazon return label they charge $2.50 for a single black and white piece of paper. Avoid this franchised location!!!! I will be supporting a different store. Obviously after YEARS of very negative reviews the owner has no clue how to run a business.

  I’ve come to this location multiple times and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor. During my most recent visit today , I walked in and all employees looked at me, then immediately turned back around and continued their conversation without greeting or acknowledging me. I stood there for about two minutes before anyone said anything. One employee eventually said “I can help you” without ever acknowledging the delay or the lack of basic customer service. The interaction remained cold and dismissive the entire time. I had to ask what to do with my package because no guidance was given. This wasn’t a one-time issue. This location has a pattern of being unwelcoming, inattentive, and unprofessional. A simple greeting and basic courtesy go a long way, and that standard is clearly not being met here. I will be using a different location moving forward.

  Great staff, but a very messy store and setup. The self-serve kiosk instructions does not match the physical layout. I was instructed to use the machine for drop off, but there was no bin or designated spot for it. A staff member had to jump in and direct me to a different station. It's a bit of a chaotic experience for a simple drop-off, even for a package that already had a label applied.
