- JJJulie JamesMay 16, 20261.0I went in this store on 185th, a couple years ago. I had purchased some expensive diabetic shoes for my mom. They didn’t fit, so I took them to UPS for return. I let the girl know it was a return wanting insurance and a signature due to the high cost of the shoes and they needed to be back by a certain date for the refund. When she heard they were shoes she asked if she could look in the box, thinking it was a new policy, I said yes. I looked at her associate and realized it wasn’t the case. She was surprised by the question herself. I would have loved to see her face when she saw the shoes, she didn’t look in front of me. Now I always worry if I can trust them or if they are going to steal my packages.

To print out an Amazon return label they charge $2.50 for a single black and white piece of paper. Avoid this franchised location!!!! I will be supporting a different store. Obviously after YEARS of very negative reviews the owner has no clue how to run a business.
