However, when I arrived at the store, I was told that notary service was not available. This was disappointing and a waste of time, especially since I specifically came to this location based on the information provided on the website. If this store no longer offers notary services, they should update their online information so customers don’t make an unnecessary trip.

- MCMorena ColombettiSep 21, 20262.0I was there this morning and they are renovating which is stressful and I understand that. Holly got one of my packages and tossed it. I politely asked to please pick it up and put it somewhere safe and not to toss my things like that. She said I’m doing the best I can with the circumstances and looked annoyed. I said I get that but you didn’t have to toss my parcel. She repeated herself and I asked for her name. I said ok and she threatened to “review” me. I will not be returning here. There is a gentleman that works there who is awesome and very friendly. I won’t go back because of Holly. I’m very disappointed.

We did not ask her for legal advice, just needed to decide which page we needed her to notarize, in less than 60 seconds, this person very condescendingly flounced away letting us know she was too busy to help. If she had been polite, as any customer service employee should be, we would have had no issue. She clearly does not care one iota about winning customers.
