  1/5 Stars Utterly disappointing experience. The employee who "helped" me was completely reluctant and made it obvious from the start that she didn't want to assist me at all. When she called her manager over, things only got worse. The manager point-blank denied me service simply because she had no idea what the Northern Mariana Islands or Saipan were. She used a condescending tone and actually asked if it was a foreign country—even though Saipan is a U.S. territory. Instead of putting in even a tiny bit of effort to look up how to handle the shipment or check their system, she just threw her hands up. To top it off, she claimed she couldn't ship the item (which was just an ointment for pain) and outright refused service, telling me to just go to the Post Service instead. Zero product knowledge, zero professionalism, and complete unwillingness to help customers.

  A decently aged man who works here probably age 60-70 told me “there’s nothing here” with kind of a ‘get lost’ tone. While looking down at my phone i see my package is delivered. He didn’t bother to look for anything and didn’t bother to look at my phone as im showing him a picture of a delivered package at this location. Thank goodness a woman who worked there longer showed up the second she did. Only took her two seconds to find my package and then i was on my merry way. Dude needs some serious training or a termination would work just fine :)

  Superclean store, pretty empty early in the morning. Both ladies were very, very nice and helpful, quick and easy. I couldn’t ask for more

  Kelly is plain rude. Rolling her eyes and disrespecting everyone who walks through that door. Fix the attitude.

  Let me begin by saying I don’t typically leave bad reviews, and never would I call someone out… until now. KELLY, this one is for you. This location is great, and most of the employees are great, aside from one (Kelly). To be honest, I thought we were all being punked the last time I went in. The disrespect, rolling of the eyes, talking down to people, belittling them, talking nonsense under her breath, tone of voice, unprofessionalism, I could go on. I regret not speaking up for the poor guy that was being talked down to a couple weeks back. There’s a difference between if someone is having a bad day (understandable), or if they really and truly believe they are “above all”. Reading the reviews to this location makes sense now… and it’s unfortunate, because the other employees are great. Kelly, (or should I say Karen), shape up, or quit working at UPS. Treating your employees and customers like this is going to get you fired. Period. I’m sorry to anyone who has ever had to deal with this lady - I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Other than her, the location is great. 5 stars to the other employees - thank you for respecting your customers.
