  I recently Signed up for Primo water service in June at Costco they were having a promotion and they explained to me that there would be a one time fee of 50.00 dollars then after it would be 16.00 dollars a month for the water delivery. I asked and made sure that it would only be 16.00 and they assured me yes. Come July My first water delivery they charged me 50. 00 then 2 days later 14.99 then 2 days after that 7.99 when I called to ask and see what was going on they wouldn't give me a straight answer I asked to talk to a supervisor and they supposedly transferred me to one but no one answer. I called the next day to see if I could talk to a supervisor I did but 5 minutes into the conversation it was disconnected and I couldn't get back thru. Then I got an Email saying the charges where for a delivery fee, rental free and thats all when I wrote back and told them thats not what was said or promised and explained that the Primo associate at costco said I wouldn't be charged for any of that just 16.00 for the water service and nothing more they never responded and I also asked for a refund for the money that they charged without an explanation and they never responded either. Needless to Say I called and canceled everything I didn't even last a month with them because if they are going to charge me and not give me a reason I prefer to just go back to refilling my gallons at the store
