I've had enough frustrating experiences with the USPS Gresham office to finally leave a review. The frontline employees work hard and do the best they can with what they're given. They deserve credit for dealing with customers while being put in difficult situations. The real problem is management. They consistently fail to schedule enough employees to handle the workload, resulting in long lines, extended wait times, and overworked staff. Today, I waited 15 minutes just to get into the lobby. After that, I waited another 10 minutes, bringing my total wait to 25 minutes before I finally left without being helped. That's not how anyone wants to spend a Saturday. This isn't a reflection of the clerks behind the counter—it's a failure of leadership and planning. If management would properly staff the office to meet customer demand, the experience would improve dramatically, and their hardworking employees wouldn't be left carrying the burden. The employees deserve better support, and the community deserves better service.

I’ve never left a review even though i’ve experienced bad customer service, but I just had to on this one. Old white lady has the worst customer service, horrible tone off the bat, no help and offered no options, there was no one behind me to atleast say that she was busy, ended up just walking out and will go to a different one later. 200+ reviews on this location and 2.5 stars, more 1 stars than 5 haha unbelievable. There was an asian lady working beside her and she seemed fantastic, guess I got unlucky getting the worst employee.

As a small business owner, I often come in to the Gresham Post Office to ship my product. I’ve always been met with kindness from the employees. However, the past 2 times I’ve been in, there’s been an employee who does nothing but sit on a chair by the door, who has been completely unkind & disrespectful to me. She seems to serve no purpose to the function of the establishment, as she literally just sits there. The first time I came across her, she made judgmental comments about my toddler being in his stroller & getting antsy waiting in line. The second time, I asked if I could just leave my package on the counter since it’s pre-paid, & she responded to me like I was stupid & like my question was completely inconvenient for her. I believe management needs to reevaluate this employee & look for someone kinder to fill her role, whatever that is supposed to be.
