Despite the judge's ruling that there is no problem with me selling my house, and despite having a clear prenup that defines my house as my separate property, these folks took a long time to respond to my inquiry of why they stopped the sale of my house, then they played judge and asked for my prenup to review!!! This is new that a lay person here wants to play judge for me! And then even after reviewing the prenup, they still declined and said the sale can be completed by them after the divorce is finalized. WHO ARE THEY TO MAKE SUCH UNINTELLIGENT COMMENTS? I am moving away from these folks and using a different title company. Obviously they don't have any clues about these proceedings and make up their own ignorant laws.
