  Bella and Sarah (with an H!) were absolutely exceptional today at the Staples in Grants Pass. If you’re ever going to have a great Staples experience, this is the one you want. Between the print projects they executed flawlessly, the genuinely outstanding customer service, and their wonderfully over-the-top Halloween décor, these two are absolute rock stars. They were friendly, helpful, fun, and clearly take pride in what they do. Seriously — give Bella and Sarah some recognition. They made what could have been a routine Staples stop an unexpectedly great experience. Five stars all the way!

  Do better staples. So now the craze of these little squishies has gotten so bad that you sell someone's online order before they even have the chance to pick it up! Absolutely ridiculous and super unprofessional! I received an email my order was ready for pickup, within an hour I was at the store to pick up, but they couldn't even find my order because... low and behold they had already sold it. Unbelievable. Do better, or dont offer online orders if you cant even guarantee a custom is actually going to have an item to pick up.

  I go here often to do my Amazon returns and every time I go in the front person, Scott seems to have a really poor attitude and treats people very disrespectfully. Today, he began turning people away for Amazon returns without giving any reason other than he didn’t have a box to put the Amazon returns. Funny thing is the store sells boxes so it makes zero sense that they would have the right to turn people away and not just get a box from their floor. During my visit, I was in line and there was no one in the line next to me, which is the checkout line, but the man behind me was buying a printer. Scott decided to completely ignore me and took the guy behind me rather than trying to find a box to help me in the several other people in line that had Amazon returns. When telling the manager about it, she basically just said “well he’s following the rules and he is doing everything right.” I don’t really know how not calling for assistance to get an additional box and just ignoring someone is following the rules, but I guess we have different perspectives. This is the only place in town that you can do Amazon returns sadly because Grants Pass is so small but if you happen to run into Scott, just know that you’re probably gonna be treated really poorly because he has no sense of true customer service. Sidenote, the girl who was working in the print area today was extremely nice and changed my entire experience. I just didn’t happen to get her name but shout out to her for actually being kind in every situation every time I go in.

  People that work there don't know what they are doing. I passed from one person to another. All I was doing was returning an item from Amazon!

  AC is inoperable, making it a miserable store to shop. I went elsewhere.
