- HHHumble HalJan 26, 20262.0Gave up trying to work with them on a $325k mortgage I committed to fund, after a week of trying, as an out- of-state, one time lender. Sad, but a relief of the stress of trying to work with them and get answers. I would assign 50% as their fault and 50% to the secrecy of borrower, using a Wyoming LLC for partial ownership. Ms. Elena Cermak was ill 2 days and never returned my 2 phone calls when she came back. Someone else tried to help, but it was a waste of my time to try to figure out whether what I discussed with her had been carried through. As an out of stater, they speak a different language with some of their terminology. They were not gracious to bridge the gap of working with them. Probably local people have better results if they work with them regularly and send them alot of business. Glad it did not work out, if there are this many problems going into a mortgage there likely would be more trying to collect payments later.
