- RGRonda GatewoodJul 18, 20161.0Is it possible to give 0 stars?? I've lived here about a year and have never had such trouble with a post office! We get our neighbors mail ALL THE TIME! The worst was today, when a delivery number I had said our WEDDING PHOTOS were delivered this morning. I've been home all day: no package. I called them and they insisted that the GPS said it was delivered to our front porch and someone must have stollen it (who would steal wedding photos in an orange shutterfly box??). He said that since their GPS said it was delivered, there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't take financial responsibility for it. After I argued with him for a good 10 minutes or more, he got my information and basically hung up on me. He called back 5 minutes later and said the driver remembered it.... and guess what? He delivered it two doors down from us. We barely got a sheepish "sorry" from the guy. So frustrated. At least we got out package.... but I'd never trust this post office.
