- MKMacKenzie KearneyAug 17, 20261.0Had a horrible interaction with Luke (name badge). The QR sticker printer wasn’t working and instead of mentioning a solution to me, after the four time it had broke, I finally kindly offered to come back another time. The postal worker Luke then told me it wasn’t the machines issue it was because people keep coming in to ship using QR codes and the issue will only resolve if people stop coming in with them. I told him that his rude attitude wasn't necessary and I’d resume the rest of my shipment elsewhere. I went to Banks post office and did the rest of my shipment with zero issues and a very kind staff. Drive the extra ten minutes to Banks and avoid this post office all together.

Why in the world did the mail person shove a brand new book inside a tiny mailbox, it took several attempts to try to pull out my package and after opening of course there is a little dent on my book making it seem like new instead of new. Super disappointing the delivery person couldn’t read the label all over the package and couldn’t handle it with care.
