Our box is labeled with current residents names there’s no excuse for this. I’ve called four times and spoke with our mail carriers directly. I’ve sent it back using the codes and labeling that’s been instructed and two days later we get it right back to us over and over again. What am I supposed to do with all this mail that isn’t mine? It’s a felony to take someone else mail and dispose of it. So frustrating- read the inside of the mail box please and get it fixed. Also if something is labeled not at address return to sender don’t just recycle it back to my mail box- these people have never lived here. Leaving this review to hopefully resolve as I’m at a loss of what else to do.
