I had an extremely important letter in the mail that required a signature, and they didn't even attempt to retrieve a signature from me - no knock on the door or anything. The slip that they left in the mail stated "no recipient available" which just isn't true because I was at home ALL DAY. This isn't even the first time either. This is just getting ridiculous.
