  I came into to this store and inquired about a notary and was told they usually come in between 10-4, I said thanks and then I asked if in fact they were coming in today at 10:00 just to clarify and that’s when he rolled his eyes at me and turned around to his laptop. The conversation then took a very negative turn. I told him he didn’t have to be mean about it and that he was being rude. At this point another employee (long sandy hair) came to the aid of the employee with the beard. I was literally just trying to leave the store and was being bashed on the way out. All I wanted was clarification on a simple question and I was attacked by the whole staff! I would rather drive 159 miles in a snow storm than set in this store again.

  I just want the staff to be recognized for always providing superior service, and making sure every customer is always getting their needs handled. They are always busy working even if no one in the store.

  Staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient. I have been coming to this UPS store for years and I am always treated well and with respect. Best customer service in town!
