Two stars because canceling was easy at least after the multiple hour wait time for a call back. Heads up to others, they will let you cancel but you will be on the hook for another month of service "because of their delivery window" and be forced to stay on until they get around to picking up the units.

They've neglected to pick up their water dispenser. They won't return calls. Their customer service dept is worthless. There's no local person or number to call. Sierra Springs IS THE WORST. Run, don't walk away from this terrible company.
