- THTaci HolmJun 30, 20262.0The employees are great, no problem but it has never hit me until today the price gouging that Fed ex does. I was shipping some N95s about two hours north and the overnight rate was $102.00! It was $50 to have it there in over 24 hrs. Insane. I realized that I had just paid for a large van to have its tank filled from empty for my few ounce package and I’m going to be thinking twice before I use Fed ex again. Ugh.
- ASAdv SJun 9, 20261.0Requested pickup and payed the fee. A week later they still hadn't picked up so I payed the fee again. Another week still no pick up. I called and they told me that because I used an out of state phone number Fedex had changed the pick up location. Tech on the line couldn't figure out how to fix it. Called the next day and got the same answer but they were able to manually change the address. Fedex driver showed up today and says they came both times but couldn't see it on the porch from the road so they just kept driving. Didn't walk up to see it there or knock just quick glance moved on and marked me as not home.I work from home and would have been here to hear the knock both times also they would've seen it on the porch if they got out of the van. They also said the address was correct the whole time and didn't have a clue why I was told what I was told on the phone. Very corrupt untrustworthy lazy business. Update. Since they forced me to use my personal phone number they have now also charged my personal account despite having set everything up ahead of time correctly using my work account. Criminals!
