I came in way too close to closing with an absurd number of boxes, and they were able to help me condense them down to be a less expensive shipment and smaller number, using the flat rate boxes. They helped with everything with a smile, despite there also being an end of day rush as I was unloading everything. They are phenomenal and made a stressful shipment so easy! Thank y'all so much!!

My daughter was shipping a brand new wedding dress to a young lady in Canada. I must admit we didn’t realize rules and regulations for shipping out of the country! Mackenzie is extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away measuring and selecting the perfect box for our precious cargo. As Mackenzie was getting all the information typed in we ran into a snag. The dress needed a sew in tag with the material included, we didn’t think the dress had one. Mackenzie researched and was honest letting us know if we mailed it would most likely come back. After a little panic on our end knowing the dress needed to go out that day. The dress bag was laid down and we searched and found two tags!!! Much relief to everyone! We finished our transaction and other customers let us know they were totally invested. LOL! I can’t say enough what a genuinely personable and exceptional young employee you have. Please give Mackenzie a round of applause and a RAISE!!! PS..There is a very happy young lady in Canada getting ready for her September Wedding.
