When I approached the counter, an employee wearing glasses with a black goatee sharply told me, "I'm dealing with another customer, wait for someone else." While I understand being busy, there is no excuse for such a hostile and dismissive attitude toward customers. FedEx needs to train their staff on basic courtesy and professionalism.

July 28th as bad as waiting that long could be, is NOT on a Friday, but is next Tuesday. Zero stars for these idiots, but now I see I have to give one star in order to post this comment! Beyond belief!
