  Received poor service from some of the staff at this branch. I asked a female employee whether it was possible to split the bill, and she informed me that it was. However, when I came to pick up the items and made the payment with another employee, I was told that the bill could not be split. The same employee who originally told me it was possible was present during the situation, but there was no explanation provided. Overall, I felt that she was unwilling to provide proper customer service.

  My experience with this store is horrible. When you walk in nobody greets you. The assistant manager gets super irritated with you when you don't know what your doing and need help. I had something done there for a project I was doing. I was getting 2 labels printed out for my potential business. The stickers on the bag I was sending to my grandma kept messing up when he was giving them to me. Then he goes on a tangent blaming me for his mistakes and throwing a hissy fit saying I don't have time for this when there was hardly anybody in the store. He also kept saying I have work to do when he was sitting there back at his computer barely doing anything. Will absolutely never do business again in that store. The way he treated me with disdain, He should be fired for the way he talked to me. I hope this place goes out of business. The crazy thing is I was patient and nice to the guy despite his rude behavior, but when he got in my face telling me I don't have time for this project when he was the one making the mistakes. I was at a loss for words. Fire this guy. Uhggg never will go to that store again. Save yourself some time. Go to the Springfield one. Probably much better.

  Today I went to your Willamette Street office in Eugene to print some important documents. It was just before closing and your agent Ted was extremely helpful and he did it all with a smile. With his assistance I was able to print all the documents that I needed. He is truly an asset to your company. Thank you ted!

  Was helped by Rebekah who didn't bother to greet me, assumed what I needed, ignored me for her terminal and tried to guilt me by stating she threw out her back. Then tells me she hopes I have a better day. I don't know what happened to common courtesy, but in my experience you at least greet your customers and ask them how you can help them. I had very specific instructions I needed to relay and she turned away because her terminal was more important? You want your customers to be pleasant, Greet them, ask how you can help, wait for them to explain, then acknowledge the need and state what you need. Courtesy breeds pleasantry. I feel for the back, but if she can't do her job properly she should be on FMLA.
