- SCStevie CartwrightJul 6, 20265.0I just wanted to leave a long-overdue review for the amazing ladies at this post office, Lee and Susan. They are truly exceptional! I stop by multiple times a week to drop off and pick up numerous packages, and they consistently provide outstanding customer service. No matter how big or small the task, they always greet me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. I can’t express how much I appreciate everything they do. Knowing my packages are in their care gives me complete peace of mind because I know they’ll be handled safely and with care. It’s clear that Lee and Susan genuinely care about the people they serve, and that level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you both for everything you do. You make every visit a positive experience, and our community is lucky to have you!
- BMBryan MurrowAug 26, 20241.0So I have a few complaints. First off I must say that the woman in this post office are really rude to me. I have never done anything to disrespect them or anything of that nature. I don't deserve to be treated so wrong when I'm going to pick up my packages. I'm like intimated to ask for my packages when they leave a yellow slip in my p.o. box. The last time I went to pick up a package I went inside the office and the lady I believe her name is Sheila, she must have saw the yellow slip in my hand because there were no words exchanged and next thing I know she slammed my package on the counter. I politely says thank you and I didn't get a response from her. I really appreciate postal workers because of their hard work and dedication they bring to their communities. But I will not be treated like an enemy any longer. I'm sorry to have to complain but enough is enough. I'm a human being just like them in there and I would never treat anyone with such nastiness working in a place like that. I hope this reaches the right eyes and heart and I get some kind of apology or something. I'm not a mean person I have a very loving heart and don't wish anything bad on anyone I just want to be treated with respect when I go to pick up my mail. Thank you to whomever takes this to heart.

She has gone above and beyond to help provide the best postal service for me, because of certain requests that I have bestowed upon her. Thank you so much Susan, you really have no idea how much I appreciate you finding a solution & working with me on this. You have a lot of stress and work that you do so I just want to acknowledge that I do appreciate you very much. The rest of the staff are awesome too!
