I stop by multiple times a week to drop off and pick up numerous packages, and they consistently provide outstanding customer service. No matter how big or small the task, they always greet me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. I can’t express how much I appreciate everything they do. Knowing my packages are in their care gives me complete peace of mind because I know they’ll be handled safely and with care. It’s clear that Lee and Susan genuinely care about the people they serve, and that level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you both for everything you do.
