This is a common occurrence and the mail lady should be fired and the missing packages value come out of her pay.
- SDSlick DaddyJul 16, 20182.0Okay, first off, terrible hours! I have never heard of or seen a business with hours like this. Not open past 5 Ever! So you can never pick up any packages after your typical work day and it opens after you've already gone to work? What a joke. You got to have someone else go and pick up your packages if you work the typical 9-5 Monday through Friday. Otherwise you'll never get your packages. I suspect they did this on purpose to avoid their customers. It's a big inconvenience for everyone! Customer service was okay, not great, needs improvement.
