  The WORST FREAKING Postal Service out there!! I have been in there three times!!(closest one to me) I’ve been to many Postal Service they’re usually really great. NOT THIS ONE!!! The worker Joaquin(bald guy) is the freaking slowest! Acts like he doesn’t know what to do takes 2 to 3 business days just for him to process what you’re saying in his head. His boss had to tell him three times That the customer is ready to be helped took him another 5minutes. Do not come to this place drive to Lincoln city or Newport you’re way better off. That or driving to Salem!!

  Absolutely hate not being able to contact my local office(who are helpful) AI attendant at the 800 number is painful at minimum and useless. As a service, I would never to choose to do business with this organization again... unfortunately we are boxed into 1 carrier for mail. Also, the "email address" is invalid. Horrible horrible horrible!

  I’ve lived in Depoe Bay for about eight months and have been consistently impressed with the gentleman who works the counter at the Depoe Bay post office. Every time I’ve gone in—about six or seven visits so far—he has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I also called once to ask about a package and received assistance beyond what I expected. Our mail carrier also does a great job delivering both our regular mail and the steady stream of Amazon packages that show up at our house. He delivers with care and does his best to place packages where they won’t get rained on. The postal service usually only gets attention when something goes wrong, but in eight months here I haven’t had a single issue—which tells me the people working both at the counter and behind the scenes are doing their jobs really well. For a small coastal town, the level of service here is genuinely impressive. When things run this smoothly, it’s easy to forget how much work goes on behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone at the Depoe Bay location—you make getting the mail look easy, and it’s genuinely appreciated.

  Would not recommend coming here for money orders. Tried getting one for rent their system took the money and printed two blank money orders the guy tried what he could before telling me the money wasn't taken out of my account well here we are sitting at the bank because it was definitely taken out of my account and not pending refund now left without the money order for rent and everyone claims they can't do anything Hopefuly this will be taken care of without having to file a police report

  I really enjoy our DB post office, the team takes the time to help us with our postal needs and also are so sweet to our 1.5 year old. They the time to give her a book and practice ASL with us. We are grateful to our local post office.
