Most unpleasant place to be, both the woman and the man Steve very rude and just mean, they both attacked me and walked behind me and stood at the door. My 3 little boys got scared and started to cry. Steve said my mail was getting returned, so spiteful. I am just trying to make a living like everyone else. Steve do you believe in Karma for scaring and making my kids cry?

The lady that processed my mailing was very helpful, kind & patient. I'm a new customer at this postoffice and have not learned their services, parking, etc that is why I stopped answering the incoming questions. 🙋‍♂️

The band named Steve that works there is unprofessional, rude and is frankly scary. He was yelling at a different customer and was very aggressive making me feel unsafe. Clearly he has anger issues

As I stood in line at the post office today, I was ready to write a 5-star review. There was one guy working behind the counter. He was engaging and nice to every customer, carried on conversations and seemed to enjoy his work. He chatted endlessly with people, but that didn't make me feel impatient. I was happy to be in a post office where people weren't grumpy. By the time I got up there, another employee, a woman with dyed orange hair, had stepped out from the back room to help get through the long line of customers. I placed my package on the counter in front of the man. I had wrapped it up neatly in brown paper and affixed a mailing label on the front of the package. I had read the return instructions from the company I ordered from for my very expensive package before going into the post office. I had the guy scan my QR code to start the return and he immediately began using a big fat black marker to color over my mailing label. I was surprised and said, "Oh! Don't I need that for shipping?" He immediately acted befuddled and said, "You had me scan the QR code." I said, "Yah, I'm just trying to do what the directions told me to do." He said, "Well I don't work for them. You can't have a mailing label on here." He got really short with me for trying to ask another question and clarify something, and ultimately shoved the package and pen back at me and told me to cover the mailing label and he’d help me when I was ready. The line was so long that I quickly inked out the mailing label without moving from the desk. He was super irritated and was not listening to me when I tried to tell him I wasn’t trying to make trouble, I haven’t been to the post office in a long time and I was trying to understand what he needed from me. He then micromanaged the pen coloring I had done and had me ink out two teeny tiny corners of white that were left. That felt dumb because the mailing label is white that he fixed over the top so what did it really matter, but he was insistent. He wasn’t nice. He could’ve easily said at the very beginning, "I see your confusion. Let me help you understand. The mailing label and QR code are the same thing. Let’s just mark this out really quickly and I will fix the new one to the package and you’re good to go." instead he kept talking loudly over me, told me I could've been done with the whole shipping process five minutes before (I'd been standing there for 90 seconds), and looking at others in the room to garner support for his position, that I was inept and stupid and demanding and in his way. The other lady at the counter actually tried to shout over at me, probably to get me to move out of line. I ignored her. I wasn’t asking for much. The time it took me to mark out the sticker was like 8 seconds or less. They acted like I was destroying their flow, but I call malarkey because of how long he talked to every other customer, I tried to say something along the lines of, "If the labels are the same we can just black this out and affix three sticker you're printing over the top and it’s good to go, right?" I tried to say that to him, as a form of apology to get on the same page with him (because I was reiterating what he wanted to do with the mailing label and package). He talked loudly over me and didn't listen. He literally wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise. He was impatient and rude. I never wanna go back there again. I will go out of my way to go to any other post office because of how small he made me feel. Especially in a room full of strangers who are all just waiting in line to get their packages sent. As parting words, I said (not loudly, just to him), "You were so nice to everyone else." I just want him to think about that. All he said to that was, “Do you want a receipt?" I said no and left. He started talking loudly about me as I walked out of the room; it was just one step further in making me feel so small. He was the worst customer service rep I've met in a long time.
