One time an item I really needed was “undeliverable” because I had 2 cars parked in the driveway. Funny thing I live in a townhouse and the person could’ve gone around the cars and deliver my package since my neighbors leave very early for work everyday. Now, if we are talking about the USPS actual retail store, I think they are exceptional! There is a lady in there who makes me happy by just interacting with her, I wish I knew her name! Everyone is polite and like to help. I feel sometimes people come in there with their frustrations and take it on these ladies. And yes, the customer is “always right” but if you are disrespectful to someone who didn’t do anything wrong to you, then You deserve whatever they say to you after. Lastly, I lived in NYC my entire life, you want poor customer service and lack of professionalism, you should visit a USPS location there. You’ll appreciate Canby’s USPS store so much more afterwards!!
