- SRScott RossJun 24, 20261.0Postmaster Sherrill Flores is incredibly rude and massively uniformed! We moved 3 minutes closer to the post off and did a change of address request that was approved. Yet we can’t get packages because our driveway has to be backed out of. That is fine for the delivery drivers safety. I drove a delivery truck for decades and I’m ok with that. But when I return a call from them she immediately starts to talk over me and tell me I have to fill out a ps 3849 form to start getting my deliveries. She is incorrect and that is for a redelivery but kept talking over me until I had to set her straight. Then threatened no service because she is on a power trip. Never actually dealing with the issue just trying to assert herself over tax payers that she works for not the other way around!

This is where customer service comes to die :( Some of the staff is pretty useless. They just want to be right and nothing else matters. The only reason they stay in business is because they are funded by the our tax dollars.
